Refund policy

We hope you love your purchase from Moody Blue Clothing, but if you change your mind, we're here to help.

1. Returns

We offer free returns on all eligible items. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To initiate a return, please contact us at customerservice@moodyblueclothing.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a pre-paid returns label and instructions for how to send your item back to us.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Items must be returned with all original tags and packaging.
- Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:
- Gift cards
- Underwear or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Sale or clearance items marked “final sale” unless faulty

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order.
